I support healing by working with the nervous system and energy field in a steady, attuned way that respects timing and capacity. Rather than pushing for change or trying to make something happen, I focus on creating the conditions where the body can soften its defenses and reorganize itself safely.
Many symptoms, anxiety, disrupted sleep, chronic stress, pain held in the body, emotional overwhelm, are not problems to be solved, but signals of a system that has been holding too much for too long. When the body is met with steadiness and care, it often knows exactly how to respond.
My sessions are guided by presence, subtle listening, and trained hands-on and hands-near energy work. I pay close attention to how the body and energetic field respond moment by moment, allowing the process to unfold without force. This approach supports the system in clearing stress patterns, restoring internal balance, and strengthening regulation in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
The nervous system is central to this work. When it begins to settle, breath changes, tension eases, and the body gains access to repair and integration that may not have been available under stress. Energy work assists this process by offering steady, non-verbal cues of safety. Through gentle touch, presence, and attention to the energetic field, the body receives information that it is supported and not under threat. In these conditions, healing processes that have been paused or fragmented can begin to organize and complete themselves. Healing doesn’t need to be intense to be meaningful -- in fact, the most lasting shifts often happen quietly, as the system regains trust in itself.
This practice often resonates with people who are sensitive, intuitive, or worn down by approaches that feel overwhelming or forceful. Many clients arrive feeling anxious, overextended, or unsure why previous efforts haven’t fully supported them. They may be accustomed to holding a great deal internally. My role is not to fix or override the body, but to support a process where it can settle, clear stress, and return toward balance in its own time.
I hold this work with care, patience, and deep respect for the body’s intelligence. Healing unfolds at its own pace, and when supported gently, it tends to integrate more fully and last.
Presence Behind the Practice
My name is Sarah, and I hold space as an intuitive energy practitioner with a foundation in Healing Touch and an integrative approach shaped by years of practice, intuitive development, and direct experience working with the nervous system and energy systems.
Healing Touch was the doorway through which I learned to listen to the body’s energetic language, but my work extends beyond any single modality. Sessions are guided by presence, attunement, and a deep respect for the intelligence within each individual system.
I view healing as a co-creative process. Rather than directing or imposing change, I work in partnership with your system -- listening, responding, and supporting clarity so what is ready to clear, reorganize, or transmute can do so in its own time. My role is to help create the conditions for safety and coherence, allowing the system to remember how to come back into balance.
Energy work supports the nervous system by:
creating conditions for parasympathetic activation
reducing internal “noise” and energetic congestion
supporting the system in exiting survival states
allowing reorganization after prolonged stress or transition
When the nervous system feels safe enough to settle, clarity and movement naturally follow. This is where meaningful change begins -- not through effort, but through regulation and coherence.

Session Offerings
Individual Healing Session — In Person
A 75-minute, one-on-one session held in Saint Paul. Includes time for check-in, intention setting, and intuitive energy work.
Remote Healing Session — Distance
A 75-minute one-on-one session offered remotely. Energy work is guided with the same level of attunement and presence as in-person sessions.
